We use straw and poultry manure from certified organic farms to produce our Phase I organic mushroom substrate.

Further refined, it becomes the growing medium for organic mushroom cultivation.

The removed mushroom substrate, called Champost, which is produced after the mushroom harvest, is returned to the organic farms as natural nutrients.
